The International Halal Labuan Foundation (IHF) is a global Not-For-Profit, Non-Governmental and Non-Political organisation promoting awareness and education of Halal, and working for Halal Verification Best Practices and Assurance for Muslim Communities globally.

Established on 2012 in Labuan Offshore Financial Centre, the International Halal Labuan Foundation (IHF) is a non-profit and non-political Non Governmental Organization (NGO) working for Halal Verification Process, Control and Monitoring best practices for the global Halal industry. IHF owns the "HalTrust" (the Halal quality assurance seal) IP that represent the highest safeguard trust in the wholesome food and beverage, cosmetics, abattoir, pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals industries.

With the founding of the Foundation, it was designed as a Halal referral center that includes the Halal Audit Training service system, Labs.
