DATO' DR NASHARUDIN MAT ISA

Executive Chairman cum CEO of the Global Movement of Moderates Foundation (GMMF). Dr Nasharudin also holds chairmanship to various international NGOs like the Al Quds Foundation and Nassar Foundation. His recent appointments are as panellist in the Commisioner of Anti-Corruption (ISPRMJ) and the Islamic Council of Advisory (MPT). Dr. Nasharudin has served as Member of Parliament for two terms and has prolific achievement in academic profession as lecturer/fellow academic at International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), National University of Malaysia (UKM) and Islamic University of Malaysia (UIM).

Dr Nasharudin has written several books amongst the titles are "Between Universal and Cultural Relativity of Human Rights: An Islamic and Malay- sian Perspective" which was awarded the winner for the Nation Book Award 2016. Dr Nasharudin is also the author for "Wasatiyah as a Peace Solution", "Threats on Demands of Human Rights" and other working papers which were presented in local and international conventions.
